Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me about your recruitment process?

Our recruitment process can vary depending on the role.

For our office based opportunities, the recruitment process involves a first stage interview, and in some cases a second stage interview, which may include an aptitude test depending on the role that you are applying for.  There may also be occasions where we ask you to do a short presentation on a topic related to the role.

For our operations based opportunities, the first stage of the recruitment process is a series of multiple choice ability tests that are aimed at assessing a candidate in the role and work environment and also predicting job success.

This is then followed by an interview with the Supervisor and/or Department Manager.

Can I apply directly or do I have to do this online?

We welcome applications made online, as we have found that this is the most effective method of ensuring that we have received all applications for consideration. Please complete the online application and submit your CV for the role that you would like to apply for… we don’t accept paper applications anymore, so get typing and we will look forward to hearing from you!
